GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The DL910/DL910LR are high performance hand-held laser beam scanners equipped with special ergonomic features, a robust design and a wide range of interfacing possibilities. Advanced optics and latest generation decoding software permit efficient reading of high and low density codes, even if they are of low quality, damaged, or applied to curved, uneven or reflective surfaces, e.g., poorly printed codes from low quality printers and codes printed on copy paper.
The robustness of the DL910/DL910LR permits these scanners to perform in residential and industrial areas where they can insert themselves in any bar code identification system, thanks to the available interfaces.
Main application fields can be found in warehouse management: inventory control, order picking, shipping and receiving. Moreover, the long reading range of the DL910LR version allows the scanner to be connected and used with forklift radio terminals.
The sought after form of the DL910/DL910LR was studied for maximum ergonomy making the operator’s job easier. The scanners’ compact tubular structures are characterized by high shock and torsion resistance and offer effective protection for the internal optics and electronics. IP64 protection makes the DL910/DL910LR the toughest hand-held scanners present on the market nowadays, capable of withstanding the most severe working environments.
Due to the DL910/DL910LR’s low consumption, they can be easily combined with portable systems by expanding the batteries’ recharging cycle.
