Although it is positioned at mid-level of the Formula line, the Formula 725 Hand-Held Laser Terminal with pistol grip, offers features and functionality typical of high-end products. Compact and lightweight, the Formula 725 successfully faces the most trying conditions of today's industrial use such as incidental falls, extreme environmental temperatures and intensive use. In addition to the excellent standard reading capability, Datalogic has developed the Formula 725 Long Range version that enables reading of bar codes located in difficult-to-reach places, even up to 1.5 m away. An extensive memory with up to 2MB reserved for data, making the Formula 725 ideal for use in applications where large files must be managed. This Hand-Held Laser Terminal features a graphic LCD backlit display with excellent readability and software controlled icons. It is also equipped with an alphanumeric 20-key keyboard for easy data and descriptions entry, making user interaction easy and productive. The wireless version, Formula F725/RF, integrated in the Formula 433Mhz Communication System, performs radio connection at 433 MHz, which does not require an operating license, as per the ETSI 300-220 European regulations. For customized applications, the Formula 725 and the Formula 725/RF are fully programmable in C language using the Development System F725. Furthermore, Powergen 2000 is the ideal solution for simply and quickly creating applications without any knowledge of complicated programming languages, thanks to the user friendly icon-based graphic interface. |
